2024 Retail Fest Distrabute Expo Competition

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the competition ("Competition") conducted by Distrabute Pty Ltd ("Promoter") at the Retail Fest ("Expo") held at the Gold Coast Convention Centre, Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia ("Venue").

2. Competition Period

The Competition will commence on 16 April 2024 at 5:00pm AEST ("Start Date") and close on 20 April 2024 at 5:00pm AEST ("Closing Date").

3. Eligibility

The Competition is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Be at least eighteen (18) years of age as of the Start Date;

• Be a legal resident of Australia;

• Be a registered attendee of the Expo (excluding Expo and Distributor staff); and

• Be able to comply with all Terms.

4. Entry

To enter the Competition, participants must:

• Digital Entry: Scan the QR code provided at the Promoter's booth and complete the online entry form on the designated landing page.

5. Selection of Winner

The winner will be chosen at random after the Closing Date. The Promoter will conduct a random draw using a fair and transparent method.

6. Winner Notification and Acceptance

The winner will be contacted via the email address or phone number provided during entry (depending on the entry method chosen). The Promoter will attempt to contact the winner for three (3) business days. If the winner cannot be reached or fails to respond within this timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner through another random draw. This process will repeat until a winner who responds within the stipulated timeframe is found.

7. Prize

The prize for the Competition is worth $10,000 Australian Dollars ("Prize"). The Prize constitutes either 3PL Order Fulfilment or Warehouse Consulting services offered by Distrabute Pty Ltd. The Prize is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

8. Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who, in the Promoter's reasonable opinion:

• Breaches any of these Terms;

• Tampers with the entry process;

• Acts in a manner that is disruptive or unfair to other participants; or

• Provides false or misleading information.

9. Data Collection and Use

By entering the competition, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information by Distrabute Pty Ltd for the purposes of conducting the Competition and contacting the winner. Distrabute Pty Ltd will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy available at [Privacy Policy].

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.

11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Distrabute Pty Ltd makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, in relation to the Competition or the Prize.

The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from or in connection with the Competition, including but not limited to:

• Any technical difficulties or malfunctions of the website or QR code;

• Any lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries;

• Any delay or failure to notify a winner; or

• Any claims or disputes arising from the Prize.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the participants and Distrabute Pty Ltd in relation to the Competition and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

13. Amendment

The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.
